Ray Pozo

Ray is a Machine Learning Engineer at Utility Warehouse, where she is a key driver in the development and scaling of end-to-end machine learning solutions. Her current focus includes the deployment of cross-sell models and GenAI applications that support both internal teams and improve customer interactions. Prior to her role at UW, Ray held roles as a Software Engineer within the technology sector, where she focused on building data-driven applications and the underlying infrastructure. She holds a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
